Allowing nine days for an Alaska vacation gives you three basic itineraries to explore Alaska starting from Anchorage: A) Anchorage and north of Anchorage including Talkeetna, Denali, and Fairbanks itinerary; B) Anchorage and south of Anchorage including Girdwood, Whittier, Seward, Cooper Landing, Sterling/Soldotna/Kenai, and Homer; or C) combination of Anchorage, north of Anchorage, and south of Anchorage.
