Although these packages can be booked as suggested, most clients will find them helpful as a starting point to design their very own customized Alaska vacation package. Allowing seven days for your Alaska vacation gives you three basic itineraries to explore Alaska starting from Anchorage: A) Anchorage and north of Anchorage including Talkeetna, Denali, and Fairbanks; B) Anchorage and south of Anchorage including Girdwood, Whittier, Seward, Cooper Landing, Sterling/Soldotna/Kenai, and Homer; or C) a combination of Anchorage, north of Anchorage, and south of Anchorage.
