DEPOSITS: To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.  We accept deposit payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  You may make a deposit payment by check, but for your security, we suggest all clients make all payments by credit card.  If for some reason you can not pay by credit card, a check will be accepted for a deposit payment.  Please note that the check must arrive at our office in Anchorage, Alaska a minimum of twenty (20) days prior to the first day of your trip for processing.
 
FINAL PAYMENTS: The remaining 75% is due thirty (30) days prior to the first day of your trip.  Your 75% balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card used for your deposit, unless you specify otherwise in advance.  If you wish to use an alternative credit card for final payment or do not want to be charged on the 30th day prior to your trip, please notify us before the 30th day balance due date so we may make alternate plans for payment.  Balance payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  As is our policy with deposit payments, we do accept final payments by check.  However for your protection, we recommend all clients pay by credit card.  If for some circumstance you can not pay by credit card, a debit card or check will be accepted for final payment.  Please note that the check must arrive at our office in Anchorage, Alaska a minimum of twenty (20) days prior to the first day of your trip for processing.
 
CHANGES: You may make one (1) set of changes to an existing itinerary thirty (30) or more days prior to your first day of travel, at no charge. For changes made 8-30 days prior to your trip, a 10% change fee will be charged. For changes made within seven (7) days of your first day of travel, a 20% chance fee will incur unless otherwise noted.  In the case of last minute changes, if Ask Us Travel &Tours is able to make special arrangements with accommodation, adventure activity and/or transportation suppliers for reduced change fees, these savings will be passed on to you.  Please note changes can only be made if new choices in accommodations, adventure activities and/or transportation are available.
 
CANCELLATIONS: There is no charge for cancellation of your trip if made thirty (30) or more days prior to the first day of travel, unless otherwise noted, and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to the beginning of your trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation made fourteen (14) days or less prior to the first day of travel, your vacation package is non-refundable. In the case of last minute cancellations, if Ask Us Travel & Tours is able to make special arrangements with accommodation, adventure activity and/or transportation suppliers for reduced change fees, these savings will be passed on to you.  Please note that groups, seven-day cruises, and wilderness lodges normally have additional restrictions which will be stated on your confirmation itinerary.  In addition, large groups are subject to special cancellation policies, please call 1-877-929-2525 for details.
